I am a health-nut in training. I love trying and making new things, especially baking “sweet treats” without having unhealthy ingredients within the recipes – leaving me guilt free. Well… almost!
Currently studying to complete my Masters, specializing in health and aging, I have gained a well rounded look at the human body, physiology, fitness, program design, aging, psychology, as well as nutrition.
Inspired by many professors throughout my education, I am continuing my studies within health and aging.
